The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one or three. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such court.

THE TERMS OF PROVIDING SECRETARIAL OR OTHER SERVICES ARE DETERMINED BY US BASED ON OUR INTERNAL ASSESSMENT OF YOUR BUSINESS, A RISK-BASED APPROACH, EXAMINATION OF YOUR BUSINESS DOCUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR AML POLICY AND THE CONCLUSION OF A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT FOR MAYON SOLUTIONS LIMITED TO PROVIDE SECRETARIAL OR OTHER SERVICES TO YOUR BUSINESS.

CONTACTING MAYON SOLUTIONS LIMITED TO ORDER SECRETARIAL OR OTHER SERVICES, PROVIDING ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT YOU SHALL ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SECRETARIAL OR OTHER SERVICES TO YOUR BUSINESS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SECRETARIAL OR OTHER SERVICES TO YOUR BUSINESS BASED ON AN ASSESSMENT OF YOUR BUSINESS, WITHOUT LEGAL CONSEQUENCES FOR US IN SUCH REFUSAL.
